Ingredients:
2 cups Myrtle Creek Mill: Organic English Squarehead Wheat Flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
3/4 cup buttermilk (plus more if needed)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.
Turn out onto a floured surface, knead gently, and pat into a 1" thick round.
Cut into biscuits and place on the sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
