Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups Myrtle Creek Mill: Organic English Squarehead Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
12 tbsp cold butter
1/4 cup ice water (plus more if needed)

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in butter until the size of peas.
Add 1/4 cup ice water until dough will hold together (add more 1 tsp at a time, if needed).
Divide and flatten into 2 disks.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill before rolling.
