This pie crust made with Myrtle Creek Mill Organic English Squarehead Wheat Flour is perfect for any pie, and is easy to make ahead and freeze.

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Cut in butter until the size of peas.

  3. Add 1/4 cup ice water until dough will hold together (add more 1 tsp at a time, if needed).

  4. Divide and flatten into 2 disks.

  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill before rolling.
